Natural Gas

Gas wells dot the Township's landscape. Production records for 1995 are on file in the Trumbull County Engineer's Office. In that year thirty-five families, businesses, and utilities registered natural gas wells on their properties. These records show that, of Vienna's fifty-three wells, ten were not producing natural gas or oil, fifteen were producing natural gas, and twenty-eight were producing both natural gas and oil.
