Vienna Township Zoning

The Vienna Township Zoning Regulations were first enacted on November 5, 1957.

The Vienna Township Zoning Inspector is responsible for enforcing zoning resolutions in the township. The Zoning Inspector is appointed by the Vienna Township Trustees.

The Vienna Township Zoning Commission writes zoning resolutions and makes zone changes. This group is made up of 5 members that serves a 5 year staggering term. The members of the Zoning Commission are appointed by the Vienna Township Trustees.
